Ingredients
- 1 double espresso Rösterei Hausmischung
- 4 cl Vodka
- 2 cl Rösterei Polar Syrup
- a few ice cubes and 3 coffee beans
Preparation
First brew the double espresso (e.g. using the ECM Mechanika VI Slim Barista Set)
Pour into a barshaker vodka, the Polar syrup and finally the coffee. Add a few ice cubes and shake the shaker vigorously for a minute.
Pour the liquid without ice into a martini glass and finally place three coffee beans on top of the foam as decoration.
