This course is aimed at participants who want to prepare superior coffee without elaborate equipment. In this course all participants will receive a starter kit (Hario V60 Craft Coffee Maker).

  • Coffee preparation using alternative brewing methods
  • Coffee brewing parameters
  • The importance of fresh grinding
  • Roasting coffee selection

The course participant

  • learns that good coffee does no require expensive equipment.
  • understands the importance of freshly-ground coffee.
  • knows how to choose the right coffee.
