Conditions of registration and participation
Reserve courses
The courses are open to all interested parties. We will gladly accept your binding registration in an online booking, by e-mail or by telephone. After registration you will receive confirmation of the course location and an invoice. We take the order of receipt into account. If a course is fully booked, we will gladly create a waiting list.
Your registration obliges you to a payment of the course fee. The payment deadline is binding (usually up to two weeks before the course date). Failure to pay the course fee shall not be deemed cancellation. You will receive the final course confirmation and detailed information after receipt of your payment at least 10 days before the course starts.
Blasercafé reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the number of participants is too small or for unforeseeable reasons such as illness or accident on the part of a teacher. Fees that have already been paid will be fully refunded or credited to a later course date. Any other claims are excluded.
Course cancellation
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your course with the responsible course administration. For a cancellation or no-show the following conditions apply:

| 14 to 8 days before the course day: |
50 % of the course fee for course costs above CHF 300.– |

Within 7 days before the course day: |
100 % of the course fee |
For courses lasting several days, the first day of the course counts for the purposes of calculating the deadlines.

Change course date
Are you unable to attend the booked course and do you wish to change your booking to an existing known date? Then the following conditions apply:

If you are unable to attend the course, you may give your place to a substitute.
