Supplier Code of Conduct

Our Supplier code of conduct for is a key document for our sister company Blaser Trading AG in the green coffee trading sector, as our suppliers have a significant influence on our sustainability performance. Our code of conduct defines our expectations towards our suppliers and business partners. The code is based on the most important international conventions and basic principles relating to human rights, environment and governance. It defines binding requirements for legally compliant and ethical behavior that we place on our suppliers. Specifically, the following areas are addressed in the code:

• - Rights at work, such as health and safety, regulated working hours, no discrimination
• - hours, no discrimination, appropriate accommodation
• - Children's rights
• - environmental protection
• - Corporate integrity, no corruption

Code of Conduct for our employees

This code of conduct applies to all employees at Blaser Café AG and Blaser Trading AG; united in the code under the term Blaser-Gruppe. It is fundamental that all employees can follow one and the same code of conduct. This internal code of conduct sets out certain non-negotiable minimum standards for behavior in important areas. The code requires everyone to live up to the values and principles it sets out and at the same time signals responsible business behaviour towards our business partners and customers.
