Iced Tea Recipe
Cold-approach:
Leave the bag in 5 litres of cold water for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Hot infusion:
Pour 1 litre of boiling water over the bag, leave to infuse for 4 minutes, possibly already sweet, top up with 4 litres of cold water.
Concentrate:
Pour 1 litre of boiling water over the bag, leave to infuse for 4 minutes, possibly already sweet, fill hot. To serve: Add 1/4 concentrate with 3/4 cold water.
Honey:
Preferably with elderflower syrup from "Le Sirupier de Berne" or with white sugar.
