Our popular winter mix is dedicated to the Bethlehem district of Bern. This culturally and architecturally interesting district is only a stone's throw away from our roasting plant - it's well worth a visit. The dark roasted coffee blend spoils you with aromas of Christmas cookies and spices. Like a gift from Santa it also surprises with scents of oranges, nuts, chocolate - a treat for the winter days. P.S. Of course, the name of the neighborhood Bethlehem has not directly to do with the biblical story. More about the name can be found on Wikipedia.
