Our dark roast Maya is something very special, because the Arabica beans come from the project of Doña Lucero in Guatemala, in which 80 Guatemalan women coffee producers are involved. Unfortunately, women's rights are often restricted in Guatemala, which is why we are proud to support the Doña Lucero project by selling this roast blend. Through the commitment of the Doña Lucero project, the coffee women will be able to achieve a high degree of autonomy in the future and become true entrepreneurs.
