The family business «Le Sirupier de Berne» was founded in 1980 by Mathias Wirth sen. Mathias Wirth jun. has also been a partner since 2002. From the first bottle until today, syrups have spread mainly through word-of-mouth propaganda. There must be something in there! No flavour enhancers are used. In addition to the addition of sugar and citric acid, the products have a good shelf life because they are filled hot. The beautiful colours are the result of gentle processing.

Syrups to mix with coffee

The syrups "Café Chai", "Canelle" and "Caramel" were developed by Le Sirupier de Berne to sweeten and flavour coffee. The syrups offer a successful alternative to the usual coffee enjoyment.
